With over 33 years in the Real Estate Market, builder and developer Arthur Cohen is the qualifying broker of Cross-Town Realty. Arthur is also a principle with Alan Glickson of Tecton, Inc., which has built over 125 custom homes in the Ansley Park, Morningside, Virginia Highland, and Buckhead neighborhoods of metro Atlanta. Tecton has also developed many multifamily, commercial, creative loft office, retail and restaurant properties including the Ten Forty Commercial Lofts, North Avenue West Commercial Lofts, The Sager Lofts, 650 Hamilton, South City Kitchen, and the Horseradish Grill.
